This fee is paid by each applicant directly to the screening service. Riverstone Investment LLC does not charge, collect, or receive any part of it. Every adult occupant is screened separately and pays their own fee.

If your application is denied, we will notify you in writing within 14 days identifying which of these criteria you did not meet.

Riverstone Investment LLC does not collect or hold any application or screening fee, so there is no fee for us to refund. Your fee is paid to and held by the screening service; refunds, receipts, and billing questions are handled by them directly using the contact details above. We list the criteria above so you know what your application is judged on before you decide to pay anyone anything.

Screening is a consumer report under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. You have the right to a free copy of any report used, and to dispute anything inaccurate in it, directly with the screening service. See your rights under the FCRA and the Minnesota Attorney General's Landlords & Tenants handbook. Under Minn. Stat. § 504B.117 you may not be denied for using an ITIN instead of a Social Security number.

Riverstone Investment LLC does not charge, collect, hold, or receive any application or screening fee. The screening fee is paid by you directly to the screening service, which is an independent consumer reporting agency. We never see your card details and we receive none of this money.

Because we do not collect a fee, there is no fee for us to refund. Any question about the amount charged, a refund of it, or a receipt for it is handled by the screening service directly. Their name, address, and telephone number are shown on the previous step.

Each adult occupant is screened separately and pays their own fee. Based on this application, 1 adult(s) will be screened, for a combined total of $40.00 paid to the screening service.

1. You submit this application. Nothing is charged.
2. The screening service emails each adult listed their own secure link, usually within minutes.
3. On their site — not ours — each person verifies their identity, enters their Social Security number and date of birth, and pays their own fee.
4. The screening service sends each person their own copy of their reports.
5. We receive the results and make a decision. If you are denied, you receive written notice within 14 days identifying the criteria you did not meet, plus an adverse action notice under the Fair Credit Reporting Act naming the screening service and your right to dispute.
